I am a natural philsopher and artist (wonderer, thinker, existential explorer…) who is about an inch away from completing her masters in counselling psychology and art therapy. My interests always seem to bring me back to the spiritual and existentialist/consciousness type concerns. Right now, my current exploration is on Mindfulness and Art Therapy – I envision these two as being in compliment to each other – to bring heart and mind closer together towards self-realization and recognizing interconnectivity. The irony of studying these mind/body therapies is that in studying them, it leave little time to experientially explore them! Hopefully, with the resolution of academic study, experiential journeying will resume. I’m inspired by many of the ideas and people here at Zaadz.
